Job Description

The base salary for this position is $21.98 hourly.

Our Pool & Beach Attendant will be responsible for creating local, authentic and memorable experiences for every guest at the pool and beach and during other various activities. The Pool and Beach Attendant will graciously provide towels, amenities, seating options and have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items to the guests. The Pool & Beach Attendant’s comprehensive scope of work creates a sense of ownership for the associate and a personal connection for the guests enjoying the pool and beach area.  The successful candidate will be able to handle a face paced and high volume work environment while maintaining luxury guest service. This is a temporary position. 

Qualifications

  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • High school degree preferred.
  • Prefer previous Pool & Beach and safety experience.
  • American Red Cross certification in First Aid, AED and CPR required (or equivalent).
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard certification recommended (or equivalent).
  • Must have ability to obtain a negative TB clearance.
