Digital Product Manager, Retail Media

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

  • Own and deliver the product roadmap for Retail Media, ensuring accountability for business outcomes, and making necessary trade-offs in conjunction with marketing leadership
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and UX to ensure seamless platform implementations and superior end-to-end user flows
  • Apply a customer-focused approach to define requirements based on customers’ needs.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute on the backlog as the product manager for the Retail Media development pod

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of product experience focused on Retail Media implementation and platform management
  • Solid understanding of the Retail Media landscape, with a focus on online and offline Retail Media ad placements
  • Proven ability to drive measurable change within the organization, particularly in Retail Media
  • Proven experience in delivering through Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to negotiate positively, influence others, and maintain effective business relationships with various cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end


Job Conditions

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $125,500.00.
