Entry Level Sales Representative

 

We have had a long-standing belief that all employees should begin in an entry-level capacity because it is always easier to learn from someone who has "been there before." We are regularly creating and improving our training platforms to transform how our employees start their careers with us from day one. Our goal is to instill unshakable confidence and provide full product and client knowledge before ever talking to a customer.

We are looking for a solution-seeker, go-getter, and communication aficionado to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. The objective of the position is to work with two of our clients and promote their products in tandem. This position requires someone to interact directly with our customer base. In exchange, this expands our marketing footprint and eventually develops your professional skill set to be able to oversee and manage a new designated market.

Entry Level Sales Representative Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Use a generated lead list to follow up directly (in person) with customers
  • Provide targeted product and service recommendations based on the information listed to close sales
  • Develop and coordinate brand awareness, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Promotion of our client's products and services to target markets
  • Ensure professional delivery and friendly demeanor when speaking with potential or existing clients
  • Actively participate in daily campaign meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve marketing and sales skills and stay current with industry trends
 

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about continuous learning and development
  • High level of integrity and demonstrated experience in a client/customer-facing role
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and ambitious, with the capacity to exceed sales quotas and outreach metrics
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team setting
  • BA/BS in business administration, marketing, or communications preferred
 

Salary and Benefits of the Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • Average first-year income range: $50,000-$63,000 (Performance-based pay structure upon passing training requirements. This position is paid on commission based on the number of accounts composed by the Representative)
