Head of Corporate Development – Hospitality & PropTech

Role: Head of Corporate Development / Senior Banker

Our client is a leading enterprise cloud platform for mobile, delivering AI-driven engagement solutions for hospitality, healthcare, and enterprise clients. As they scale, we are looking to place a Corporate Development leader or Senior Banker to fuel growth.

We are looking for a finance leader with hospitality industry experience to lead corporate development. This role will focus on structuring deals. The ideal candidate will be a high-level financial strategist with experience navigating financing options, executing M&A, and identifying strategic investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Development & M&A
✅ Source and execute M&A deals, identifying strategic acquisitions and investment opportunities.
✅ Develop financial models and due diligence reports for potential acquisitions or investments.
✅ Lead deal negotiations and financing structuring for growth initiatives in hospitality and tech.

Strategic Financial Planning
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and investors.
✅ Develop and present financial strategies and funding roadmaps to executive leadership.
