Pay: $24-$25 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday ( 8am - 5pm) and on call when needed

In this pivotal role, you'll play a vital part in our leasing efforts and marketing strategies, working closely with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll meet established closing ratios and handle advertising placements, both online and in print. Your knack for detail will come in handy as you process applications and conduct credit checks while managing the occupancy and maintenance of our community. With excellent communication skills, you’ll engage with tenants to resolve property-related issues, collect rent, and ensure all notices for non-payment are sent promptly and accurately. Our focus on maintaining quality living standards means you’ll also conduct move-out inspections and ensure property cleanliness. With two or more years of experience in property management and a solid understanding of housing laws, you're fully equipped to tackle this diverse and dynamic role.
