Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Perianesthesia (pre/PACU)! Your primary responsibilities as an RN in our department will include answering patient questions and addressing their concerns, interviewing and preparing patients for the surgery, observing vital signs, sedating patients, administering the necessary medication and IV drips, recovering patients after surgery, managing patients' pain and evaluating responses to treatments and interventions, keeping the patient informed throughout the duration of the procedure, completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents, providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure, among other duties. *This position does require staffed hours in both the hospital and outpatient surgery locations, and transition between the two buildings. This position is: Full Time, Days Call is 1 weekend in every 8/10 weeks and 3-4 days/month
