ATTIVITA’:

  • Fornire un efficiente e professionale supporto agli Esercenti della rete di negozi e corner Eurobet in tutto il territorio italiano, esistenti e potenziali, e di supporto tecnico e applicativo;
  • Gestione delle richieste di assistenza pervenute a mezzo messaggistica, mail o telefono e fornire il supporto richiesto, ed ove necessario inoltrare la richiesta al dipartimento di competenza;
  • Effettuare training telefonico del terminale di gioco e dei prodotti offerti, e ove necessario presso i punti vendita, agli esercenti;
  • Verifica e reperimento documentazione vincite in ottemperanza alla normativa antiriciclaggio vigente;
  • Supporto a risorse senior nella gestione delle richieste di credito secondo le procedure interne inclusa l'esecuzione di chiamate di recupero credito per garantire il rispetto delle politiche aziendali;
  • Gestione anagrafica clienti;
  • Gestione diretta delle richieste di credito secondo procedure interne;
  • Training di attivazione nei punti vendita;
  • Pubblicazione Editoria;
  • Possibilità di eseguire adjustment su conti Esercente secondo procedure interne;
  • Gestione e lavorazione dei ticket di segnalazione tramite piattaforme di ticketing dedicate, assicurando una corretta presa in carico e risoluzione delle richieste in conformità alle procedure interne.

CARATTERISTICHE:

  • Laureato o diplomato;
  • Esperienza precedente in ruoli similari, o amministrativi o in call center;
  • Ottime capacità di gestire e trattare con confidenzialità le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto;
  • Ottime capacità interpersonali e “customer oriented”;
  • Buone capacità organizzative e di lavorare sotto pressione;
  • Ottima dimestichezza con i numeri;
  • Abilità di lavorare in team;
  • Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è titolo preferenziale non essenziale;
  • La passione per gli sport di maggiore interesse in Italia è titolo preferenziale non essenziale;
  • La posizione è full time in regime di turnazione inclusi se previsti domeniche e festivi.
