What we are looking for:
The Pipeline Technical Director involves supporting users with 3rd party DCC's like Nuke as well as proprietary Flawless products. Responsibilities include triaging application issues, integrating DCC apps into pipelines, developing tooling for ingest and delivery, and maintaining Python scripts for efficient workflow.
The candidate should understand film post-production, be proficient in Python, and have experience with Linux systems and software lifecycle management. Additional desirable qualifications include familiarity with production management systems like ShotGrid, experience with film image pipeline libraries.

Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other:
Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)
Coding Test: 60 minute live python coding exercise.
HM Discussion: 45 minutes digging into your past experience. Primarily asking you to talk through your past work, experience within the industry, and covering the day to day scope of work you'll be engaging in at Flawless.
Team Screen / Behavioral: 60 minutes onsite with our Team. Discussing how you work and how you have approached different experiences in the past. We want to make sure that our environment will be right for you and that you will enjoy working here.
