We’re currently trialling the title Executive Growth Partner to see what resonates, but titles evolve. What matters is the work and how you show up in it. Whether your background is in executive support, business management, operations, events, or another fast-paced field, if you have the mindset, adaptability, and sharp instincts to thrive, we’d love to talk.

Some of our strongest team members come from non-traditional EA backgrounds and roles where balancing priorities, navigating uncertainty, and bringing people and plans together is second nature. What matters is your ability to assess a situation, shape a plan, adapt on the go, and drive outcomes always guided by a deep understanding of your executive’s goals.

The Role

As a Strategic Partner to Your Client, You Will:

  • Provide high-level executive support with pace, precision, and discretion.
  • Plan and prioritize time, projects, and decisions for maximum business impact.
  • Set up and evolve systems, tools, and workflows that work.
  • Distill complexity into clarity, summarising, filtering, and advising.
  • Communicate with confidence across teams, cultures, and time zones.

As a Contributor Within the FYXER People Network, You Will:

  • Be customer-first, spot opportunities to deepen value and expand FYXER’s impact.
  • Keep our systems future-ready, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

Time zone requirements

  • Flexibility to work remotely in a similar time zone to the UK (GMT +/- 2 hours)

Working hour requirements

  • We're looking for individuals that have the flexibility to commit to a minimum of 100 hours/month
