As a Staff Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing user-centric digital experiences while leading a team of designers. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design strategy and vision, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers, offering feedback and fostering their professional growth.
  • Conduct user research and integrate insights into design decisions, ensuring that user needs and business goals align effectively.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring consistency across mobile and web platforms.
  • Communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating the rationale behind design choices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across different products and touchpoints.
  • Establish efficient design processes that promote collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the design team.

  • 9+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex software solutions.
  • Expertise in end-to-end UX and product design, with a proven ability to craft solutions for challenging problems.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating design direction and the "why" behind decisions.
  • Experience with design systems, and a track record of developing reusable components that support various customer needs.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods, using data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with technical and business constraints to drive successful design outcomes.
  • Leadership experience, including direct management or mentoring of designers, with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-caliber visual and interaction design work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
