Kentro is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to support Kentro and our customer through award and development. The customer supports warfighters, policy makers, and intelligence professionals in support of national security.

Responsibilities:

• Leverages knowledge of office missions to identify current and future needs, evaluates, integrates, and transitions new technologies into office multilateral operations.
• Supports office on all technology issues, projects, etc. related to Agency's multilateral partnerships.
• Promotes requirements to enable future multi-partner collaboration and sharing.
• Provides technical expertise to desk officers in support of visits, trips, exchanges etc.
• Assists office in developing multilateral technology requirements for future Program Builds.
• Provides technical expertise and recommendations in support of changes to classified partnerships.
• Supports programmatic requirements for enhancements to, or replacement of critical Disclosure and Release tools.
• Develops solutions for relevant Agency elements related to ongoing Identity Access/Identity Management efforts on foreign partnerships.
• Involved in all phases of program process lifecycle including tool maintenance and updates.
• Recommends best software tools to support current workflows.
• Assists mission partners with defining, building, and executing their requirements out of VTC and partners collaboration spaces.

• Demonstrated experience in using project management tools, techniques, and processes.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, using, or evaluating enterprise architectures using common architecture methodology such as the DOD Architecture Framework (DOD), Federal Enterprise Architecture, or Zachman models.
• Demonstrated experience establishing initial and long-range goals and objectives.
• Demonstrated experience providing recommendations and draft solutions regarding technology challenges to assist office and agency leadership regarding foreign partner engagement.
• Demonstrated experience using, developing, and maintaining SharePoint.
• Experience managing a team of 15-25 full time employees.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in using presentation techniques and visualization effects to develop effective briefing materials.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating monthly meetings and updates.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining complete chronological history of significant events and decisions.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and verifying funding and program requirements.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing financial and logistics plans.

Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required, with ability to take and pass a CI Poly.
