We are looking for someone with:

Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to distill complex strategies and ideas into effective messaging across the spectrum of stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders and staff
Strong track record to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, within and/or beyond their business area
Effective problem solving, consulting and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels within the organization; excellent active listening skills
Team player and able to work with and through others
Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities
Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
Experience working with a globally distributed team across multiple geographies and time zones
Experience and familiarity with the Asset and Wealth Management industries is a plus

On the job you will:

Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the business to ensure that the message of transformation is appropriately delivered to all aspects of the organization
Ensure alignment of the transformation program with other divisional and corporate activities
Support project teams leading transformational efforts on key workstreams by facilitating the following areas: o Identify strategic impacts of transformational activities and develop/execute activities to effectively support the transformation
Execute strategies and tools to engage impacted stakeholders to increase understanding, build support for the program, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption
Advise/consult with stakeholders and business leaders, PMO, Operational Risk, on developing our strategic and tactical messaging
Determine, draft and execute appropriate messaging and activities that align and support the BTO
