We are looking for someone with: 

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to distill complex strategies and ideas into effective messaging across the spectrum of stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders and staff
  • Strong track record to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, within and/or beyond their business area
  • Effective problem solving, consulting and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels within the organization; excellent active listening skills
  • Team player and able to work with and through others
  • Highly organized with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Experience and familiarity with the Asset and Wealth Management industries is a plus

On the job you will: 

  • Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to the business to ensure that the message of transformation is appropriately delivered to all aspects of the organization
  • Ensure alignment of the transformation program with other divisional and corporate activities
  • Support project teams leading transformational efforts on key workstreams by facilitating the following areas: o Identify strategic impacts of transformational activities and develop/execute activities to effectively support the transformation
  • Execute strategies and tools to engage impacted stakeholders to increase understanding, build support for the program, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption
  • Advise/consult with stakeholders and business leaders, PMO, Operational Risk, on developing our strategic and tactical messaging
  • Determine, draft and execute appropriate messaging and activities that align and support the BTO
