Job Description

Are you passionate about telling powerful stories that connect people to purpose? At Metro Serbia, we’re looking for an Employer Branding Specialist.

Someone ready to build, nurture, and promote our employer brand, creating a workplace where people are proud to belong.

This role goes beyond social media posts and event planning. You’ll be the voice of Metro Serbia as an employer, shaping how we’re perceived by future talent and making sure our employees feel valued and engaged. Whether it’s collaborating with universities, crafting content, or driving internal initiatives, you’ll have the chance to create meaningful experiences every step of the way.

 

What Will You Do?

  • Build strong relationships, growing your network with universities, student organizations, and external partners.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns that reflect our company culture, values, and purpose.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, internal events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Plan and facilitate onboarding workshops for new employees, ensuring a smooth start and positive experience.
  • Drive internal communication and engagement, sharing success stories that connect people.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from different departments and distribution centers to align and execute employer branding initiatives.
  • Adapt your approach depending on your audience, showing flexibility in both communication and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, candidates, and employer branding activities.
  • Work collaboratively, always considering the impact of your actions on other teams and the wider organization.
  • Bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas to life and turn them into actionable employer branding projects.
