Program Manager – Power & Propel U

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Travel: Up to 50% travel expected


Drive Technical Training That Powers Industries

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate our Power & Propel U training platform. This role supports the delivery of internal and external technical training programs for the marine, power generation, and industrial sectors. You'll manage program logistics, support instructors, track certifications, and help market our training offerings. 


What is Power & Propel U?
Power & Propel U is MSHS Pacific Power Group’s signature learning and development program, built to grow our people and share our expertise. Through a blend of eLearning, instructor-led training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, we equip our technicians with the skills to perform safely and effectively. We offer career planning, support for certifications, and access to OEM and custom training—ensuring long-term growth and industry-leading performance. In addition, we offer specialized training services to customers, sharing our knowledge to help them enhance their skills and achieve success. 


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for training programs 
  • Support instructors and ensure quality training delivery 
  • Create training quotes and manage invoicing for customers
  • Promote programs in partnership with the marketing team 
  • Manage LMS, track certifications, and maintain accurate records 
  • Liaise with apprenticeship and internship programs
     

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in training coordination or learning and development programs 
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Experience with LMS platforms, budgeting, and technical industries preferred
     

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $102, 000 - $115,000 per year (DOE)
  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for annual short-term incentive (STI)
