Job Description

MSX International is looking for a Programme Manager – Aftersales to oversee the operational delivery of key aftersales programmes for leading automotive brands, including Ford and Stellantis. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with automotive aftersales experience, who excels at managing teams, driving programme success, and fostering strong client relationships.

As a Programme Manager – you will be the vital link between field, office, and home-based teams, ensuring effective delivery of aftersales programmes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management: Leading teams to meet programme KPIs and objectives.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for business owners and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Performance Monitoring: Overseeing team activities to maximise efficiency and results.
  • Business Development: Identifying new opportunities for growth and programme improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Conducting in-depth business reviews, creating action plans, and implementing strategic changes.
  • Programme Oversight: Managing compliance, forecasting, invoicing, recruitment, and team performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Chairing programme review meetings and reporting on key performance insights.

Working Pattern & Location

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Our ideal Programme Manager is a self-starter who has excellent leadership skills, as well as:

  • Automotive aftersales experience in both service and parts (Essential)
  • Project management and people management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Business development experience
  • Coaching experience (Advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of aftersales & customer retention within dealer networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable conducting high-level management meetings and presenting data-driven insights
