Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Customer Service Representative 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located on site in Palmdale, CA.

The Customer Service Representative 2 duties and responsibilities will be to:  

  • Take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives. 
  • Enter and maintain database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports. 
  • Act as liaison for customers. 
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes.


 

Basic Qualification for a Customer Service Representative Level 2:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of customer service experience
  • Must have 5 years employee store experience
  • Must have Experience with Retail Pro 8 and/or Retail Pro 9
  • Must be willing to work 1st shift 9/80 schedule (6:00am-3:30pm PST)

Salary Range: $35,300.00 - $58,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date. However, this timeline may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
