Your Mission

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator – Europe who is passionate about marketing, driven by results, and motivated to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will work on strategies for PR, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation across key European markets. (France, Italy, Spain, Germany).

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, works well in teams, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. For example, proposing new marketing campaigns, optimizing existing processes, or identifying opportunities for local market engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with global marketing, regional sales teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Communications:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that position Nuvei as a leader in the European payment industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for thought leadership and brand visibility.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid media, content marketing) to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Localize global marketing materials to resonate with diverse European audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

 

Content Creation & Localization

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling, localized content that engages and educates target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials.

Sales Collaboration & Demand Generation

  • Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Develop tools and resources to support the sales process and drive customer engagement.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B technology. Experience in one of these areas is required; exposure to the others is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in PR, digital marketing, and demand generation across European markets, including experience with media relations, content creation, performance marketing, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  •   Fluent in English & Spanish; French, Italian or German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global organization with a growth mindset
