Salary :                       £55,000 - £62,000 DOE

Contract type:            Permanent

Working hours:          40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Project Manager you will be leading and delivering transformation projects within a fast-paced and innovative setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and evidence of successful change delivery in a matrix organisation. This is a varied role that will support end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects/programmes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Project/Programme Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Governance & Reporting: Ensure project governance, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project/programme budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Change Management: Manage change control processes to minimise disruption and maximise benefits.
  • Technology & Tools: Utilise project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) to streamline workflows and reporting.
