Scope:
As a Senior Project Manager at RecordPoint, you'll be the tactical driver of our implementation success, promoting excellence throughout the customer journey while leading complex solution deployments. Seated within our Customer Experience team, this pivotal role combines technical project leadership with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll spearhead the end-to-end delivery of RecordPoint solutions, ensuring projects are executed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in transforming technical implementations into lasting customer partnerships, while maintaining a holistic view of customer health and satisfaction outcomes. This role will report to the global Consulting Services Manager.
