  • About The Role:

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support their sales team by making outbound calls, contacting businesses, and scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls daily. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities

- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to contact businesses and set appointments.

- Process and document potential leads in CRM software.

- Follow a structured calling schedule to maximize outreach efforts.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when managing leads and appointments.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.

- Utilize cold-calling and negotiation skills to engage potential clients.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the U.S. market with proven experience in cold calling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: USD $2,000 per month plus commissions
  • Schedule and Time Zone: Full-time, M-F, 6am - 3pm PST
