Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support their sales team by making outbound calls, contacting businesses, and scheduling appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls daily. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to contact businesses and set appointments.
- Process and document potential leads in CRM software.
- Follow a structured calling schedule to maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when managing leads and appointments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry.
- Utilize cold-calling and negotiation skills to engage potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the U.S. market with a proven cold-calling background. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $2,000 per month plus commissions, and you’ll enjoy the benefits of a structured work schedule from 6 AM to 3 PM PST, including paid time off and sick days.
