Unser Team

Wir suchen bundesweit für unsere Franchise Neurologie mehrere erfahrene und ambitionierte Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen. Erfahrungen im Bereich Multiple Sklerose sind hilfreich aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Sie sind im Zweierteam mit Ihre*r Kolleg*in verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Vermarktung von anspruchsvollen Arzneimitteln und für die Etablierung einer nachhaltigen Marktpräsenz von Sanofi. Ihre Aufgabe ist herausfordernd und sehr abwechslungsreich.

Der/Die Stelleninhaber*in betreut Fachärzte und spezialisiertes Fachpersonal im niedergelassenen Bereich / in der Klinik, insbesondere Anwender*innen, Meinungsbildner*innen, Entscheider*innen, Stakeholder und Spezialist*innen für den Einsatz des Produktes in der zugeordneten Region in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den MSL-Kolleg*innen, den Business Relationship Manager*innen und dem/der Regionalleiter*in

Ziel ist es, in den Regionen kontinuierlich den Einsatz der neurologischen Produkte aufzubauen und die Bedeutung der Krankheitsbilder im Markt zu stärken.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Etablierung vertrauenswürdiger, tragfähiger Beziehungen zu Anwender*innen, Meinungsbildner*innen, Entscheider*innen und Prozessverantwortlichen in den niedergelassenen Praxen, klinischen Zentren; intensive Kontaktpflege

  • Erstellung und Umsetzung des lokalen Businessplans im Sinne der nationalen Marketingstrategie

  • Selektion und Festlegung der Besuchs- und Kontakthäufigkeit der Ansprechpartner*innen im Gebiet in Abstimmung mit der Regionalleitung

  • Effizientes Gebiets- und Kontaktmanagement, sowie effektive Tourenplanung

  • Sinnvolle Nutzung des Veranstaltungsbudget für die Initiierung, Planung und Durchführung von lokalen und digitalen Fortbildungen

  • Tragfähige Kundenbeziehung zu Entscheidungsträger*innen

  • Sinnvoller und flexibler Einsatz der eigenen Arbeitszeit

  • Umsetzen der Produktstrategie und der Marketingkonzepte im zuständigen Gebiet

  • Ausbaus der Marktposition im Gebiet, sowie Wettbewerbsabgrenzung

  • Vertretung von Sanofi bei ausgewählten regionalen und überregionalen Veranstaltungen bzw. Fachkongressen

  • Umfassende Produktinformation und Platzierung der vorgegebenen Besprechungsschwerpunkte bei den definierten Zielgruppen

  • Pünktliche Erfüllung des geforderten Berichtswesen

  • Aufnahme und Weiterleitung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen

  • Kollegiale Unterstützung im regionalen Team

Über Sie

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:

  • Nachgewiesene verkäuferische Erfolge im Facharzt-Außendienst, idealerweise in Praxis und Klinik

  • Idealerweise naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund und Promotion von Vorteil

  • Gute Kenntnisse der Besonderheiten im deutschen Gesundheitswesen

  • Mindestens Voraussetzung nach §75 AMG

  • Erfahrungen in der Neurologie sind von Vorteil

  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit iPad; Gute Beherrschung von Microsoft 365

  • Erfahrung in digitaler Kundenkommunikation, z. B. CRM Systeme, Webkonferenzen, Yammer, Zoom, approved eMails, Erstellung und Durchführung eigener, digitaler Veranstaltungen

  • Erfahrung und Begeisterung in der Nutzung von digitalen Verkaufsunterlagen (eDetailing), Offenheit bzgl. Umgang mit neuen digitalen Kanälen

  • Erkennen der Chancen der Digitalisierung und Nutzen Multi-Channel Möglichkeiten entsprechend den Kundenbedürfnissen ist selbstverständlich
