The Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of sales executives, ensuring that team performance is meeting or exceeding budget expectations. The role will be responsible for the on-boarding, coaching, training and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.


What you'll do...

  • Manage and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives

  • Setting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectations

  • Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for management

  • Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve

  • Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region

What you have...

  • Experience managing an inside sales team

  • Able to build, supervise and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results

  • Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model

  • Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it

  • Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space

  • Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them

  • Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures
