In this key role, you’ll be the warm smile and friendly face that greets our patients, helping them feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive. Your main responsibilities will include introducing new patients to our office environment, coordinating treatment services, and building meaningful relationships with them. We believe that a great patient experience is paramount, and as the Lead PCC, you’ll work closely with our Business Manager to achieve this goal. You’ll have the opportunity to set personal sales goals while supporting the broader team objectives. Managing patient consultations, discussing treatment costs and insurance options, and following up with patients to suggest alternative treatments are all part of your daily routine. Your experience in customer service and preferably in a dental office environment will help you shine in this role. We’re looking for someone with at least two years of experience in sales or customer service, and bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly preferred.
