Project Manager – Direct Hire Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery while ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and objectives
Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate standards
Provide financial oversight, forecasting, and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
7+ years of project management experience in construction
Ability to manage projects up to $15 million
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Valid driver’s license required
