About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage our construction projects using Procore, our project management platform. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting meetings, coordinating essential project documents, and ensuring our Procore system is optimized for team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend project meetings, draft detailed minutes, and distribute them to team members via Procore
  • Coordinate and track submittals, purchase orders, daily logs, and change orders in Procore
  • Set up new construction projects in Procore, including configuration of proper permissions and workflows
  • Manage contract and subcontract distribution through the Procore platform
  • Conduct submittal reviews and ensure timely approvals
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all project records are properly uploaded and accessible
  • Identify opportunities to improve Procore functionality and implement solutions to enhance user experience

      • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
      • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
      • Proficiency in documenting meetings accurately and distributing information efficiently
