Sweep is an AI-powered visual workspace for Salesforce and HubSpot that drives speed and control with real-time documentation, data quality engines, and process optimization agents. What will you do at Sweep?

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of RevOps to develop, support, and continuously optimize our sales processes and systems. You’ll leverage data, various tools, and insights to boost company performance, streamline workflows, and enable the team to focus on generating revenue. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact as our first dedicated RevOps hire. You’ll be joining a team that values innovation, personal growth, and collaboration. With guidance from our Head of RevOps, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and supporting a high-performing sales organization.

  • Salesforce & Sweep Administration: Manage, update, and maintain Salesforce, Sweep and other sales tools, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports, pipeline data, and metrics to track performance and provide insights to the sales and revenue teams.

  • Sales Enablement Support: Work with the Head of RevOps to develop resources, tools, and training that empower the go-to-market teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, Salesforce Administration, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales and marketing software.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with an understanding of data analysis, reporting, and sales metrics.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and maintain high accuracy.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Sweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Sweep provides a comprehensive and inclusive benefits package, which includes: healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, flexible paid time off, team outings and more!  

The Salary range for this Salesforce Administrator role is $90,000–$120,000 per year, including equity and benefits.

The ideal candidate will work out of our New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule. We are also open to remote candidates who can effectively collaborate with our team across different locations.
