Overview

 

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader who is a PT, PTA, OT or COTA with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Catholic Memorial Home, Fall River, MA is seeking its next employee-owner.

 

Note:  This is a 100% on site managerial role and will require a percentage of treating

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, or OT).
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • At least one year experience as a Lead, Assistant or DOR/Rehab managerial role
  • At least one year experience in acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation
