SUMMARY: Manages recruitment process for field management level positions. Sources, recruits and interviews internal and external candidates to fill open positions; develops and maintains relationships with recruiting sources (e.g. social media, internet sourcing, governmental agencies, job boards, newspaper, online, etc.) and job fairs to identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that help the organization meet their hiring needs.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $75,000-$100,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
