About the opportunity
Working at one of Sydney’s most prestigious performing arts centres, the Bar Manager (Theatre) – Seymour Centre, will ensure the successful management of the Centre’s food and beverage outlets (Coffee Cart and Everest Bar) including providing the highest standard of customer service, management of supplier relationships, oversight of food & beverage profit and loss, oversight of food and beverage offerings and pricing, and staff management and training. To perform successfully in this role, the individual will need to efficiently manage Food & Beverage staff, manage the hiring and rostering process, keep up to date with the administration and work effectively with the Operations Management team.
