The Realty Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects within Walmart's Realty department. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. The Realty Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, assessing economic and customer experience impacts, creating schedules, coordinating with internal and external teams, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects.
What you'll do...
• Monitors sales and project budgets to assess economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions
• Creates and manages schedules for project deliverables, coordinating with internal and external teams
• Manages vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects
• Owns and has accountability for multiple Realty execution projects, managing Store Project Leads to ensure scope of work is completed
• Facilitates meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives
• Takes corrective action as necessary to drive project results
• Communicates project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, directing associates and vendors on processes and procedures
• Ensures merchandise is in-stock and displayed in a timely, accurate, and safe manner
• Advises on the assignment of additional staff to assist in ensuring company and facility goals are met
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring belonging awareness
• Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service and techniques within Walmart guidelines and standards
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
• Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
