Pros

I have stayed as long as I have because there is a trust based culture and no micromanagers. I like that consultants can freely do their projects and have autonomy. There is nothing mandated. There are side projects you can get involved with and make your own.

Cons

Since it was acquired by Infogain, there have been some growing pains and unexpected layoffs. The pay here is not as high as it could be for the industry.
