Senior Customer Success Manager

1upHealth is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure successful adoption and optimization of products, driving long-term customer value, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead customer communications and success planning
  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Education

  • 7+ years of Customer Success Management experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
  • Experience in internal and external training initiatives
  • Data analysis and synthesis skills
  • Track record of effective client engagement
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience in post-sales customer success lifecycle
  • Proficiency in CRM and SaaS tools
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Start-up experience is helpful
