We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Content Designer to join our team. As a UX Content Designer, your primary focus will be on improving the small commercial quoting experience for our independent agent audience. You will collaborate with various roles including product owners, product designers, engineers, analysts, researchers, and other content designers to create extraordinary digital experiences. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve user experience through information architecture and language use. • Write concise and effective content that adheres to guidelines for tone and voice. • Continuously seek user feedback to evaluate UX... effectiveness and optimize content accordingly. • Utilize content strategy methods such as content audits, competitive assessments, quantitative analysis, gap analyses, user research, persona development. • Synthesize complex information in an analytical manner. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications Journalism or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to learn from individuals with different areas of expertise. • Experience writing content for digital applications (productivity app experience is a plus). • Proficient in employing content strategy methods and tools like Figma, Mural, MS Office. • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
