As the Delivery Operations – Program Director (G22) in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you’ll have opportunities to create and implement a vision for transforming the delivery of technology used to find and develop life-changing therapeutics of a leading biopharma company.
This leader will provide vision and direction for a technology delivery function that provides technology primarily used to discover and develop new therapeutics (AbbVie’s R&D division). This function provides the main application development capability and managed application support for these technologies. This function also manages development methodologies used for application development and management. This leader will also be responsible for managing and optimizing financial, personnel and organizational elements for this function.
