Job Description 

As a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management you will support large scale, enterprise-wide initiatives helping to define new ways that we want to operate and supporting our people through adopting the ways of working.  You will partner closely with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to understand considerations, define and document the details, and successfully roll-out the company’s transformation vision. 

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Drive complex, cross-functional people and process transformation efforts that enable the strategic priorities of the organization
  • Own your initiative(s) end-to-end, from future state definition to adoption, with a focus on sustainable value delivery
  • Creatively solve problems with strategic thinking, detail orientation and objectivity to promote the best cross-functional outcome
  • Drive and facilitate project meetings, ensuring objectives are met and action points are clear
  • Create, update and maintain high-quality initiative and workstream deliverables to satisfy project needs, including RACIs, role documentation, process designs, governance frameworks, etc
  • Establish buy-in and accountability for initiative with relevant leaders and facilitate their on-going engagement with the work
  • Demonstrate leadership courage: challenge cross-functional partners to think differently, be willing to engage in healthy debate and/or provide an alternate perspective where necessary to drive the right result
  • Be a connector in the organization, between leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners, breaking down silos in the process
  • Deeply understand the from:to of the transformation and how associates around the organization will be impacted by the change
  • Identify and execute communication and training plans to support the successful adoption
  • Maintain understanding of change readiness, areas of resistance and partner with Exec Sponsor to address

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  
  • Excellent communication skills and strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to build coalitions and inspire trust with cross-functional partners and leaders
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Creative approach to problem solving with a humble, team-oriented and optimistic attitude
  • Ability to think strategically and link the change to the "bigger picture"
  • Project experience preferred
