As a Technical Program Manager at Abnormal Security, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technical program management for our APAC product initiatives, all while keeping our engineering community thriving and engaged. In this hybrid position based in Bangalore, India, you'll tackle responsibilities that go beyond typical project management. You'll lead the charge in enhancing our APAC product teams' capabilities, ensuring that innovative solutions are delivered on time and aligned with Abnormal's global R&D practices. Being hands-on, you'll track project milestones, identify risks, and strategize effective mitigations. But that’s not all; you’ll also organize engaging activities like hackathons and tech talks to boost internal talent growth and facilitate knowledge-sharing among our brilliant engineers. Acting as a champion for your community, you will provide resources and opportunities that empower them to excel in their roles. Furthermore, you will streamline collaboration across teams, focusing on aligning APAC engineering groups with industry best practices and efficient workflows in tools like JIRA. Your experience and leadership will be crucial in driving our mission forward, creating an environment that fosters creativity and ensures operational excellence.
