About the role:


The Newsette is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our creative agency. While the agency is headquartered in New York City, this role and all employees are remote.


This role will join The Newsette’s creative agency, collaborating with our clients and internal creative team to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life. The Account Coordinator role is important to ensuring multiple client campaigns are being executed simultaneously and flawlessly, so a sharp eye for detail, creative thinking, and a high level of organization are essential for success in this role.


What you'll do:


  • Assisting with the execution of integrated campaigns and activations, partnering with account stakeholders to manage client communications, timelines and deliverables
  • Participating in brainstorms and campaign development and the creation of proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Building talent lists and liaising with influencer talent and their representation to ascertain their availability for projects.
  • Collaborating with the design department on creative deliverables for client campaigns
  • Scheduling client updates, talent briefings, kick-off calls and other key meetings
  • Monitoring ongoing brand campaigns and support in the reporting process, pulling reports or delivery data as needed
  • Handling ad hoc requests as they arise, from shipping products and compiling talent briefs to vetting influencer content and researching emerging media platforms
  • Staying up to date with digital media, social trends, and consumer insights and contribute of-the-moment thinking to each step of the brand partnerships process


About you:


  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing assistant, project coordinator, or account coordinator role. Candidates with robust related internship experience will also be considered
  • Experience working in a marketing, communication, influencer relations or at a creative agency
  • Experience working with influencers or A-list talent and a strong understanding of current TikTok and social media trends is highly preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment working on tight deadlines
  • You’re detail-oriented and ability to distill and organize information
  • You’re a strong communicator and comfortable interfacing with internal stakeholders, as well as external clients and partners
  • You're passionate about big ideas and making an impact through brand campaigns that inspire, delight and resonate
  • You're confident taking initiative and asking questions along the way
  • You're a team player, kind and bring a positive attitude to every interaction
