Role Overview 


We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team. If you are an ambitious and motivated individual with a hunter mentality, Bundle’s the right fit for you. We need a skilled Account Executive who is excited about taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.  


Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help expand our business. Highly skilled at sales and new client outreach, this quota-carrying role will join and work with a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company’s vision. A successful candidate needs to have a “never take no for an answer” attitude and strong negotiating skills. If you have a passion for building and driving company growth and want to get in at the ground level of a passionate, mission-driven start-up, this is the perfect position for you. 


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Prospect daily for new business. 
  • Hit daily, weekly & quarterly activity metrics. 
  • Manage and create a sales pipeline in accordance with targets. 
  • Develop new business opportunities from lead generation to securing new deals. 
  • Own the entire sales cycle. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select prospects inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics. 
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with all new clients and identify key stakeholders who need to be involved. 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quota. 
  • Track and update all sales activities and contacts in the CRM. 


Qualifications and Requirements


  • 2+ years of closing experience. 
  • Successful track record of increasing revenue through new customer and logo acquisition. Strong understanding of how to grow an underdeveloped or under-penetrated territory. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quota and metrics. 
  • Experience with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to problem-solve. 
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree. 


Desired Qualifications


  • Prior experience working within a start-up company. 
  • Past work experience with Human Resources, Benefits, or Employee Engagement professionals.
