We are seeking a motivated and analytical Competitive Insights Intern to join our dynamic team at Achieve, a leading provider of debt settlement services. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your contributions will directly influence the company’s strategic decisions. Responsibilities:

●  Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitor strategies, product offerings, and market positioning within the debt settlement and financial services sector.

●  Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights on competitor trends, customer preferences, and industry changes.

●  Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams, helping to inform marketing, sales, and business development strategies.

●  Monitor and track competitor activities, including digital marketing campaigns, service offerings, and any regulatory changes affecting the industry.

●  Support the competitive intelligence team in identifying growth opportunities and threats, assisting in the development of strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure insights are integrated into overall business strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

●  Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Highly preferred college students who will be going into their senior year.

●  Strong interest in market research, data analysis, and the financial services industry, particularly within the debt settlement or credit counseling space.

●  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, etc) is a plus.

●  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively.

●  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.

●  Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

***As an Intern for the summer of 2025, we are looking for college students who are juniors going into their Senior year. This role will be working hybrid (a few days a week in the office) out of Tempe, AZ for 12 weeks starting May 27th. You will be working 20-30 hours per week at a rate of 20 dollars an hour.
