Action seeks an onsite High Rise General Manager for El Cortez Condos in San Diego.



How You Will Make an Impact
  • You will be the expert consultant to the Association and the Board of Directors on matters concerns:
  • California Common Interest Development law and high rise requirements
  • Davis Stirling Common Interest Development Action
  • Civil Codes applicable to non-compliance issues


What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years of onsite/dedicated HOA Management preferred
  • CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months after hire
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner

$145,000 - $150,000 a year
