Action is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to join our Perla on Broadway team in Downtown Los Angeles.
Compensation: $29.00 - $32.00 Hourly Plus Benefits
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00 am -4:30 pm
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
The maintenance technician, under the direction and supervision of the building engineer, maintains and repairs all common property that is not maintained and repaired by a third party. The Maintenance Technician II will also, at the direction of the Building Engineer, perform limited in-unit maintenance services. The Maintenance Technician II shall have HVAC and Electrical experience. The Maintenance Technician is a trained responder to property emergencies such as fire, flood, earthquake, and other disasters and will be available for emergencies after normal working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
Minimum of 3 years of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
Hands-on experience or course work in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall.
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment 7-year criminal history report and drug screening.
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service skills
Familiar with MS Office applications
