$35hr (Weekly pay)
2 month contract (Excellent potential for extension)
Full-time: M- F
Hours: *Must be flexible to start work between the hours 8am-7pm EST for 8hr shift

As an Enrollment Associate, you will be part of the Enrollment Services Team, enabling the company to achieve successful recruitment cycles and achieve cohort goals for university degrees that are hosted on the their platform. This position is primarily responsible for communicating with English-speaking prospective degree students in local and international markets by phone to qualify, and help move them through the enrollment process. You will be the main point of contact for engaging prospective students who demonstrate interest in any of their hosted online degree programs. Someone who can implement and manage heavy outreach communication, maintain a high level of professionalism, and be excited to connect with students with educational opportunities. You will have a direct impact on the growth and success of degree programs hosted on the company platform and will help shape the future of higher education. The right candidate will feel comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment while maintaining a strong sense of team and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent consultative service to a high volume prospective student pool through phone, email, chat, and other tools throughout the full enrollment process
  • Follow up with prospects and applicants by phone and written correspondence ensuring they are moving through the process in a timely manner
  • Use existing information and guidance from university partners to
  • develop program playbooks, chat and calling scripts for individual degree programs
  • Participate in experiments to develop scaled communication strategy and demonstrate impact of nurture efforts
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of current higher education trends, practices, and policies in the local market
  • They might have to get on a call where university staff might be asking questions about the pipeline, what they are hearing on the phones, provide any feedback, etc. They will not be doing reporting or analysis, but more providing feedback. Because they will be working full funnel, they will get questions regarding registration, payment, etc. They will get a more thorough training on the program to answer this level of questions.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 + years’ experience in Admission, Sales and/or higher education recruitment
  • Working knowledge of the local higher education market, trends, and practices
  • Must have experience making 60-100 high volume calls a day (Warm Leads) not cold calling
  • Requires CRM experience, preferably in Salesforce
  • Flexible to start work between the hours 8am-7pm EST M-F for 8hr shift
  • Requires understanding on how to qualify or requalify high volume leads/prospects
  • Ability to have interactions with university staff and answer questions about pipeline, what you are hearing on the phone and most important, provide feedback.
  • Ability to answer questions on registration, payment etc (Training provide to answer this level of questions)
  • Experience in a metrics-driven environment to meet expected goals
  • Ability or experience in using a dialer to make phone calls
  • Experience to update CRM system with communication notes from prospective lead call
  • Experience to demonstrated history of establishing rapport and building relationships with potential students while providing guidance with the application process, addressing concerns, and assisting with enrollment decisions
  • Must be technology savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Requires being very adaptable to change/able to adjust well
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time
  • Must be able to self-motivate and work independently in a remote role
