Primary Purpose:
We are proud of the quality care we provide members and our team is rapidly expanding to meet the demands of our growing business; we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Advantmed provider network. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members and other at risk populations. Your primary objective will be to assess the overall health and well-being of member beneficiaries to ensure accurate and comprehensive risk adjustment coding, leading to greater value-based care. This is a full-time position and offers tremendous opportunities to grow with a healthy company.
