- 按照安排，保质、按时完成设计计算、绘图、设计报告等工作；保证设计成果符合规范、规定及项目具体要求；
- 做好设计的自校和修改；按照归档制度进行文件归档；根据项目需要，做好指定的设计校对工作；对所承担的设计负责到底；

职位要求
- 学历要求：建筑工程以及相近专业，本科或以上学历；
- 外语要求：流利的书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上；
- 具有1年以上结构设计工作经验；
- 应届毕业生，重点院校本科毕业优先；
- 了解本行业主流结构计算软件并熟练应用AutoCAD绘图软件,PKPM/ETABS/SAFE结构软件及常用办公软件office等；
- 责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as an Assistant Structural Engineer at AECOM in Changsha, China? Here at AECOM, we are dedicated to building a better world, and we want you to be a part of it! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for completing design calculations, drawings, and design reports on time and to a high standard. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that our designs meet all codes and specific project requirements. You'll engage in self-checking and revisions of designs, archiving documents properly, and verifying your design work as needed because we value precision and accountability. As part of our supportive team, you’ll have opportunities to improve your skills through training and will be encouraged to take on additional tasks as directed by your superiors. We are looking for someone with a degree in civil engineering or a related field and ideally, you should have over a year of experience in structural design. For recent graduates, we prefer those from top-tier universities. Proficiency in popular structural calculation software and AutoCAD is a must, along with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
