Job Description

We are seeking a talented Strategy & Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization's future by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and driving business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Create sales reporting and dashboards in salesforce to support AECOM's growth and strategy objectives.
  • Create bespoke reporting and dashboards to monitor progress of key initiatives across major pursuits and the Client Account Management (CAM) program.
  • Monitor marketing related metrics by creating dashboards and trend reporting.
  • Undertake market and competitor assessments.
  • Support onboarding of new CAMs with accurate information about the CAM program and data related to the client.
  • Administer the regional CAM program in accordance with AECOM's global program requirements.
  • Work with finance to ensure accuracy of sales related data to monitor progress of growth initiatives.
  • Actively promote key strategy initiatives aligned to the business plan across the MEA region.
  • Assist VP - Strategy and Growth with research and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; 
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
