Job Title: HVAC ForemanJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman who can perform commercial HVAC and HVAC-R service and installation work. This role involves overseeing other installers and service technicians, assisting with service calls, and maintaining the warehouse. The position entails 80% fieldwork and 20% in-house responsibilities.Responsibilities• Oversee and assist other installers and service technicians.• Perform commercial HVAC and HVAC-R service and installation work.• Assist with service calls, fixing equipment for current customers.• Maintain the warehouse and ensure it is organized and efficient.• Join and collaborate with a crew of 5-10 technicians and laborers.• Participate in an on-call rotation every 5th day and every 5th weekend.Essential Skills• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.• 2+ years of experience working with commercial and/or residential HVAC equipment.• Experience overseeing crews and providing leadership.• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Service and Refrigeration Technician.• HVAC/R Associates Degree from a technical school.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Experience with sheet metal, HVAC installation, and HVAC repair.• Technical degree in HVAC is a plus.• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including cold environments.Why Work Here?We are a family-owned company with a close-knit team. There may be times when you will assist in our fabrication shop and warehouse. You will initially shadow the Lead HVAC Technician until you feel comfortable working independently.
