Automation Engineer/Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department on the 3rd shift. This long-term contract position will be through Aerotek and will last until the location shuts down in December of 2026. The role focuses on maintaining operations and facilitating the shutdown of our Crestline location. The position primarily involves working with Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc Robotics.Responsibilities• Perform manufacturing maintenance, including electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.• Handle control circuits and troubleshoot PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley PLCs.• Work with Fanuc Robotics to ensure smooth operation.• Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.• Execute preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.• Utilize photo eye sensors for maintenance purposes.• Assist in welding and fabricating as needed.Skills• Experience in manufacturing maintenance.• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance.• Skilled in Allen Bradley PLCs.• Experience with Fanuc Robotics.• Capability in hydraulic and pneumatic repair.• Ability to perform preventative and reactive maintenance.• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and photo eye sensors.Why Work Here?We offer competitive pay for the duration of the 26-month contract.
