Job Title: HVAC SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the operations of our HVAC shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance, repair, and supervisory skills. This role involves managing schedules, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC and fire systems.Responsibilities• Supervise a team of 4-6 HVAC technicians.• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repair services.• Oversee the performance management of team members.• Ensure compliance with EPA Universal standards.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.Essential Skills• Supervisory experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.• EPA Universal certification.• Strong HVAC maintenance and repair skills.• Experience with preventive maintenance and fire systems.• Excellent scheduling and planning abilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Performance management skills.• Experience in HVAC/R.Why Work Here?Join a dedicated team where your skills and expertise will be valued.
