Job Title: Print EstimatorJob DescriptionThe Estimating Associate position will assist in the day-to-day activities of estimating print and lettershop work with one of the nation’s largest printers/direct mail providers. This junior level position is an opportunity to learn, from the ground up, print, finishing, and lettershop estimating using cutting-edge software.Responsibilities• Assist in the day-to-day activities of estimating print and lettershop work.• Utilize cutting-edge software to perform print, finishing, and lettershop estimating.• Work with sales teams to develop accurate bids and estimates.• Collaborate with production teams and other estimators.• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates.• Ensure all estimates are completed under deadline pressure.Essential Skills• Estimation• Bidding• Estimating software• Microsoft Excel pivot tables• Strong math skills• Strong computer skills• Ability to work independently• Effective team building skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnelAdditional Skills & Qualifications• 0-1 years of experience for junior level positions• Experience within the printing industry for higher level roles• Experience in sales team collaboration• Experience with estimating softwareWhy Work Here?Enjoy the benefits of working in a supportive environment where employees are appreciated, including receiving gift cards during holiday times.Work EnvironmentWork at the headquarters location, collaborating closely with production teams and other estimators.
