Hiring Shipping and Receiving Specialist in Harrisburg, Pa!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Dock and Receiving Specialist to manage dock operations and mail receiving processes. The candidate will be responsible for unloading mail from FedEx and UPS, delivering it to the appropriate recipients, and monitoring security cameras. Additionally, the role involves entering purchase orders into the computer system and ensuring parking garage compliance.Responsibilities• Manage dock operations and receive mail from FedEx and UPS.• Unload and deliver mail to the appropriate receivers.• Monitor security cameras to ensure safety and compliance.• Enter purchase orders into the computer system.• Walk the parking garage to ensure cars are parked correctly and in the designated spots.Essential Skills• Experience in inventory management.• Proficiency in operating a forklift.• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.• Experience with inventory control.• Packaging and mail sorting skills.• Basic computer operation skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Experience with walk-behind forklifts.• Strong computer skills.• Previous shipping and receiving experience.Why Work Here?Enjoy working in a small, close-knit environment with a supportive crew.
